Although we put our best efforts forward we cannot guarantee that there is no risk of cross contamination as our equipment, storage containers, and storage areas may come in contact with an allergen.
delivery information and refund policy
Please be advised that our macarons are delivered frozen, and quality will be affected if left in a warm environment for too long. We advise providing a cooler for our delivery driver to place your package into if there is nobody available to receive your order. You will receive an email notifying you the evening before your delivery is scheduled.
Refunds are processed on a "by case" system. We will evaluate all refund requests sent via email and will work with you to make a poor experience right. A La Mac LLC assumes no liability after delivery for products left in warm conditions for too long, or for products that become missing.
